Uma brings over 20 years of experience which spans various industries and sectors, including media and entertainment, telecommunications, internet pure plays, tech, consumer products, retail and healthcare. Uma has also worked with The Consumer Goods Forum, GS1 and Intel to develop industry thought leadership and co-marketing opportunities.

Ryan Engle is head of product for Neustar’s customer intelligence business, which provides identity verification and enrichment services to the world’s biggest marketers, call centers and data partners. Ryan has more than 15 years of experience working in the CPG industry. Prior to working with Neustar, he worked at Nielsen, where he partnered with the world’s largest and most influential CPG manufacturers.
Zachary Van Doren is vice president of customer success at Quaero. Zachary is responsible for leading and scaling customer success teams. He has over 20 years of experience in marketing and media strategy, analytics, technology and customer data management. Prior to joining Quaero, Zachary founded and served as President of CMO Labs, one of the first CDP solutions consulting agencies.
Michael Harrison is managing partner of Winterberry Group’s marketing consulting practice. With over 20 years of experience, Michael brings strategic and executive competencies in consumer marketing. Prior to Winterberry Group, he was a partner at RAZOR during its merger with NSI marketing services, which created Ansira. After the integration, he served as chief strategy and analytics officer at Ansira, leading the strategic direction of the firm and worked with clients such as Domino’s, Panera, Nestle N.A., Mitsubishi and La-Z-Boy.
